Lost in Music
Sep. 1st, 2010 01:19 pmI'm enjoying other people's answers to the '30 Days Of Music' meme, so I thought I'd try it myself, shooting for a post every day this month.
This is such an impossible question that I find it perversely simple to answer. I couldn't possibly pick a favourite song of all time, but I normally have a favourite song of the moment that I'm listening to repeatedly (and often on repeat). Currently, that song is 'It's All Over' by The Slew, who appear to have been a one-album collaboration between Kid Koala and some dudes from Wolfmother. I first heard them when listening to late-night (i.e. UK morning) CBC Radio 3, bought the album straight away, and this track leapt out on my first play through:
