I am an inveterate hoarder, so part of the point of this NaBloPoMo exercise is to force me to trawl through my archive of 'things I might blog about one day' and actually do something with them (and then move them to my 'things I have blogged about' archive. How I wish I was joking...) While so doing, I found this IM conversation I had with
tinyjo literally years ago:
Sadly I never did take my plan any further, or I would be an internet millionaire paying someone else to write this post while me and
tinyjo shared a jacuzzi with Charlie's Angels. However, it occurs to me that I could adapt this blog to serve a similar purpose to the one suggested above. So with no further ado, and in no particular order:
Kate Beaton
Kate draws history. Also, fat ponies and conversations with her younger self.
On LJ:
beatonna
What's so good about it: The dialogue and the expressions. Also: it's educational!
Look:

Nedroid
Nedroid draws the adventures of Reginald (a bird) and Bearato (a potato-shaped bear. Or possibly a bear/potato hybrid). Also, robots and dinosaurs. Sometimes together!
On LJ:
nedroidcomics
What's so good about it: The dialogue and the expressions. Also: occasional beautifully colourful drawings of melancholy robots.
Look:

Hey, Pais
Paisley is cat who draws a journal comic.
On LJ:
heypais
What's so good about it: It's a comic drawn by a cat! You can tell because it's cute, funny, and utterly narcissistic.
Look:
Jeremy Dennis
Jeremy writes a weekly strip about her life, sometimes in gritty black and white, sometimes in gorgeous colour, sometimes about work, sometimes about dreams, often with birds in.
On LJ:
jrd_tws_rss
What's so good about it: It's stylistically diverse, but always gorgeously evocative.
Look:

Wonderella
Wonderella's a superheroine who regularly saves the world, occasionally deliberately.
On LJ:
wonderella_rss
What's so good about it: Wonderella's sarcastic, callous, arrogant and lazy, and let's face it: so would you be if you had super-powers.

So, there are some things that I like and perhaps some comments as to why. Please share your opinions...

I should find some way of sharing these links I like with a wider audience...
OxfordSlacker says:
Maybe so that anyone who wanted could see the sort of things I liked.
TinyJo says:
If only there was somewhere on the internet you could post them with comments
OxfordSlacker says:
And they could do the same for me.

I admit, it's not original.

Well, I can reassure you that I'm doing fine on both counts
